First, update to firmware 1.96 and secondly...enjoy one of the best phone gimbal made. Small, lightweight and truly a pleasure to use for extended periods of time. Very simple to use interface and all modes are fantastic; especially follow and POV for fast action videos. Holds samsung Note 9 without any issues and the 21700 battery does last a very very long time. For note 10+ and super wide lens videos simply press the record button 3 times in follow or POV move to move the gimbal motor out of the way. P.S if POV mode and the roll is to much simply edit the gimbal settings to lessen the degree angle to 5 or 10 degrees and save your preset. Thank me later...
